Recipe :

Kale, Wild Bitter Greens, Arugula, Heirloom Tomatoes, Dandelion Greens, Celery, Marjoram, Beet Greens, Soaked in Fresh Lime Juice and Topped with Fresh Avocado, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, Hemp, Chia, and Sunflower Seeds

This power packed salad, stimulates bike acids and is super healthy for your gut.

It yields about 10-20 grams of protein ( depending on portion size ) 8 grams of fiber, 14 grams of fat - and all the carbs are from plants so the fiber and water content zero that out!
